For over 15 years I have lived at the intersection of Design and Code.

I have refactored entire stacks, co-created the OVHcloud Design System from scratch, and led platform creation with nearshore teams.

Today as a sole trader I offer freelance Tech Lead / Design System Architect missions (3 to 12 months).

How I design and industrialise a Design System

Audit & Inventory

Full analysis of design debt, existing components and inconsistencies. Deliverable: inventory + prioritised report.

Foundations & Semantic Design Tokens

Sustainable token management (Tokens Studio or internal tooling). The pillar that connects Figma to code durably — multi-brand, dark/light.

Advanced Atomic Design

Atoms → Molecules → Organisms → Templates → Pages with variants, states and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility.

Framework-agnostic multi-layer architecture

Pure UI logic layer (TypeScript) → Web Components (StencilJS) → React/Angular/Vue wrappers. Ideal for heterogeneous environments.

Documentation & tooling

Storybook + Jest + full CI/CD. Clear contribution guidelines.

Governance & scaling

GitHub workflow, versioning, DS committee, training. Goal: fast and massive adoption (3× productivity measured at OVH from the first weeks).

I work in close daily collaboration between Design and Dev teams, acting as a true bridge to transform mockups into production-ready components without information loss.

I speak all three languages fluently: designers' (tokens, Atomic Design), developers' (architecture, tests, CI/CD) and management's (productivity, scalability, ROI).

In very heterogeneous environments (OVH) or complete rewrites (Adictiz), I rethink technical foundations and drive adoption of the new UI across all teams.

I run cross-functional workshops, design reviews and grooming sessions to ensure smooth handoff and fast adoption, even with nearshore teams.

Worldline

With AI, I further accelerate this convergence: designers use Claude to produce real code, and I industrialise it immediately.
